There are many stray kitties at this RV park and one, in particular, is noticeably friendlier: She doesn’t run off and hide like the other feral kitties. She will hang around and “talk” to you – even after she’s been fed. (Of course I feed her. Hellooo… rescuer of strays, here.)

A migrating pod of American White Pelicans landed on the lake a couple evenings ago. (This is the lake where I’m currently parked.)

Friday morning, on my way to meet up with a group of other single RVers, I packed up the RV for the first time in a long time. I was excited to finally be taking the RV on the road. But, like so many things, this packing up made Bipolar Pye nervous. (Last time I moved from one side of the park to the other, she peed on the driver’s seat.)

A conversation about talking to your cat started on Facebook after a friend posted the above graphic. Many people were quick to confess their conversations with a cat. It seems we all talk to our pets, and are completely secure in this. If we are ‘crazy cat people’, we’re all OK with others knowing it. I, for one, will talk to my cat in front of people without a second thought.
