Internet Dating FAIL, Part 2 — 13 Comments

  1. When is part 2? Nice appropriate advertising below. ;o) Loving the beach is a no brainer for me. Attractive is in the eye of the beholder. You have nice eyes. “WHO’S FACE I CAN’T SEE, I WANT TO GET OFF. NOW.” taken out of context quotes I realize, but funny anyway. Healthy and active…Hmmm.

    • @Jeff This is part 2. You can read part 1 by following the link at the top of the post. I’m curious – what was the ad that was below? They change with each page reload and I don’t get to pick them – they’re based on the post content and tags. I’d love to know.

  2. I hope eHarmony at least gave you your money back. But probably not — after all, those TV ads cost a lot!

    • Yes, they did refund me. Never did get that questionnaire as promised. And I’ll never get back those two hours! LOL

  3. Is it just me or does that “I WANT TO GET OFF. NOW” quote, all by itself, in BOLD enlarged print send the wrong message? Especially next to that picture of that… that…
well I’m not sure WHAT that is…

  6. when i came here i assumed it was going to be filled with boring advice, but actually it came out to be really useful. good job!

  7. I completely agree, definitely a dating deal breaker! We’re also on the same page in the difference between saying you love traveling and really being committed to it. It’s a lot of work, a lot of money, a lot of energy, but the payoff – to me – is always so worth it, and it’s important to find someone else who shares those ideas!
